How we work
1. We call to introduce ourselves, and try to understand your Fleet size, any challenges, and how we might be able to help
2. We evaluate company drivers, both on-road and in classroom situations to establish your driving needs
3. You will receive a proposal based on our assessment of your needs, together with the recommended next steps
4. Assuming all is in order, both parties will sign a contract for the identified services
5. Management will be kept fully apprised of driver progress throughout the length of the contract

Vehicle Inspection
We strongly impress upon drivers that lack of routine vehicle inspections, both prior to and after journeys, can be a dangerous prelude to a preventable accident!
Drivers are trained to utilize the simple, yet very effective, "FLOWER" acronym: Fuel, Lights, Oil, Water, Electrics and Rubber. Windshield Wipers, Engine Belts/Hoses and vehicle Safety Equipment are also required to be checked.

According to the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHSTA), as of 2023 figures, over 3,200 people lost their lives and 325,000 were injured due to these errors!
Cell phone usage is by far the largest contributor, closely followed by taking eyes off the road, hands off the steering wheel, taking one's mind off driving and generally not paying full attention.

Pro-actively taking account of adverse weather conditions, and accordingly planning journeys is a part of our 'Safety First' program.

Apart from severe, and unexpected lightning strikes, Orlando areas are also subjected to heavy, sudden rain, thunderstorms and hurricanes. Needless to say, any combination of these can create slick roads that increase the chances of hydroplaning which can adversely affect braking distances as visibility is shortened.
Our training directs drivers to check weather and road conditions in advance and always allow extra travel time for projected inclement weather.
In addition, planning routes in advance is encouraged to avoid traffic blockages, accidents and road works delays.
